Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Airport Mall Of America - Bloomington

Had queen room with good equipment, 1 king bed, for instance. Warm and marvellous breakfast on the rate, cold drinks. Unbeatable location close to everything and easy access to shopping centres and a little market.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The stay here was nice for a business trip.

Its location is comfortable and unbeatable to terminal 2.

Loved the hot breakfast and the access to the Mall of America!

The pool and hot tub was way too chlorinated. We told hotel staff on two different occasions and they also indicated others had alerted them, but we weren't able to swim more than 10 minutes before the kids were coughing and we had to leave. It was really strong!

cozy reception area but hallway cleanliness needs attention

The reception area was warm and cute, a nice escape from the freezing weather outside. The staff engaged with guests.

The hallways on the second floor needed to be vacuumed.

Everything was nice. Staff and location.

It was great and beautiful and we would stay here again. Our stay here was such great, ideal place for exploring Bloomington.

I liked this newly decorated and bright place, stayed there for 1 night. The staff were all amicable, and the room was tidy and updated with a pullout couch. Everything met needs, I would stay here again.

no blankets our shuttle bus from the mall was almost half hour late called 2 times. pool was so bad with chlorine you coundt swim see or breath burned our eyes i complained and the guy at desk told everyone to get out . breakfast was bad and overall not good.

We stayed in a Queen Room and found it comfortable. The bed could've been softer, but it was still decent for a night. The room was clean and had some nice touches like a Keurig coffee maker. It was a little noisy at times, though, a bummer. The decor looked modern, and everything seemed well-maintained. Not a bad place for a quick stay.

Location and easy access to the Mall of America, Airport and the Light Rail transportation.

the luggage carriers needed some maintenance. They look like they could fall apart at any time.

Staff was very nice, rooms were clean, and the hand soap smelled really good ;) I didn't get breakfast because the bed was too comfortable to get out of ;)

Check-in was a breeze. Room was prepared and nice.

I asked for an iron and it had not arrived by the time my wife and I caught the shuttle, 30 minutes later. No big deal, but I could see someone reacting unfavorably to this oversight.

The Hilton Garden offered really good service, with a friendly and accommodating staff. Check-in was seamless, and the room was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The business center was particularly useful for my work needs, great for efficient printing and copying services. I also appreciated the good breakfast options, fresh and plentiful.

The bar area had limited seating.

Friendly service, lovely and quiet rooms, comfortable beds.

Breakfast was too crowded. I had to go back to my room to eat. Also would have liked hash browns in the buffet.
